JB on the 2017 Red Ribbon Ride! Help me make a difference fighting HIV/AIDS across Minnesota
Friends and family - Here is my April update!
Outdoor training has finally arrived here in Minnesota after a winter of indoor spin classes I have taken my first long outdoor ride of the season. Thank you everyone for their support of the Red Ribbon Ride so far! If this is your first view of my Ride website - then read on and then hit that donate now button!
From July 13 - 16, 2017 I will be participating on the 15th Anniversary Red Ribbon Ride. Red Ribbon Ride is a 4 day, 300 mile bicycle ride that raises vital funds for eight HIV/AIDS service organizations in Minnesota; providing treatment, prevention and awareness.
Thanks to many friends, colleagues, and family members - we surpassed $3000 in support of my ride as part of my February and March campaigns. Many of you matched Mom Bilotta's $100 pledge as part of our joint birthday challenges. Thank you! I have a couple of additional fund raising challenges up my sleeve to unveil before the ride, so check back often.
I can think of no better way to celebrate my life and health than to give to organizations that help so many across Minnesota. I hope I can count on you to support me on my journey of hope for thousands of Minnesotans with HIV/AIDS and those at risk of infection.
Be a part of this great event and support me. You will be an inspriration to me as I bike more than 300 miles over four days; I can especially use your support as I climb those steep hills up from the Mississippi River in Wabasha to the flat rolling fields of southern Minnesota. Your support will help me keep climbing!
Over the next few months I plan to update this page frequently so you can follow my progress, so please visit often. While you're here, spend some time on the site to find out more about why this event is so important, and learn about the people who will benefit from the money we raise.

Thank you for your support! JB
