Join me for my 5th Red Ribbon Ride!

July 18-21, 2013, marks the 11th Annual Red Ribbon Ride, a 300 mile bicycle ride through beautiful southern Minnesota to benefit 8 Twin Cities AIDs/HIV organizations.

You can join me by riding with me, crewing with me, volunteering before, during or after the ride, or by donating some of your hard earned money to the worthy cause.

It's a life changing experience!

This year, I will again co-captain Andy's Angels - a responsibility for which I am honored. All are welcome to join our team as riders, volunteers, or cheerleaders.
