Help Me Make My Difference.
I believe that life is a balance, and that sometimes you should give back. Sometimes, you need to leverage your good fortune to draw attention and resources to those less fortunate. In that spirit, from July 13 - 16, 2017 I will be participating on the 15th Anniversary Red Ribbon Ride. Red Ribbon Ride is a 4 day, 300 mile bicycle ride that raises vital funds for eight HIV/AIDS service organizations in Minnesota; providing treatment, prevention and awareness.
This ride helps a number of great organizations, including One Heartland. One Heartland started as Camp Heartland, a place where HIV + kids could go to camp, and to just be kids. They’ve expanded their mission to help HIV + kids and their families.
I’d like your help to reach my goal. I hope I can count on you to support me on my journey of hope for thousands of Minnesotans with HIV/AIDS and those at risk of infection. I would truly appreciate knowing that you are with me as a cycle out of St. Paul on July 13th.
You can follow my progress here. While you're here, spend some time on the site to find out more about why this event is so important, and learn about the people who will benefit from the money we raise.
