TRAINING RIDE SCHEDULE

Training Ride Leaders: Submit a training ride using the Training Ride Submission Form, email to firstname.lastname@example.org Each rider should read, prior to a ride and sign the WAIVER at the training ride. We require all riders wear a helmet and be present for the safety talk for each training ride. Safety First! Have FUN!
The purpose of our training rides is to provide an opportunity for first-time Riders to train, meet other riders, learn safety, and ride in a group setting. The pace for our rides are B/C level, which is approx. 10-12 mph, a relaxed, casual pace (pace may vary depending on the group). We understand there are schedule conflicts and varying pace levels so not everyone participates. We hope to offer a variety of rides, but need more training ride leaders to do so, especially veteran Riders at a faster pace. Other options for faster pace rides are with long-time Ride sponsor, Erik's Bike Shop and TCBC (Twin Cities Bicycling Club). Let us know if you are willing to lead training rides, email@example.com.
